Vartan Achabahian is the founder and CEO of Prospect Group. Vartan is a native Angeleno, born and raised in Hollywood, CA. He earned his bachelor’s degree from UCLA, majoring in International Development Studies. He has over 10 years of real estate experience. Most notably, he has helped countless homeowners save their homes from foreclosure. His remarkable rehabilitating projects have surpassed well over 100 homes all across SoCal.

As a recipient of a distinguished preservation award, he has restored character homes in historic districts conserving the dignity and beauty of each home. Vartan’s continued fascination and ongoing critical examination of the real estate market in LA has been the cornerstone to his success.

Vartan loves to travel locally and explore the world at large. He values family time and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two lovely daughters. His dynamic and positive personality is captivating and inspiring to all around him.

Robert Estrada is a Los Angeles based Real Estate Salesperson. As an LA native, Robert attended Pasadena Community College where he studied Residential and Commercial Electrical Engineering. During his time at PCC, Robert discovered his love for real estate, where he has engaged in over 200 real estate transactions, that have grossed sales in excess of $3.3 million from 2009 to present day. With his background in Building Cost/Construction, he has developed into an expert at Residential Homes Sales.

In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family and is a passionate Los Angeles Lakers fan. Currently, Robert is studying to become a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Nevada, to further his career in Real Estate.

Hector Diaz, who grew up in the Echo Park and Silverlake neighborhoods, joined The Prospect group in 2017. He has worked in the design field for over 10 years. His experience has taken him to multiple places and design mediums, including, working with interior designers, jewelry and apparel designers, private homes as well as historical homes, nationwide trade shows, and high-end furniture makers, assisting retailers in designing storefronts and small restaurants and café designs. His most rewarding design opportunity was helping to launch an interior decorative lighting line for Neiman Marcus Home. His expertise is working with Homeowners and investors in Real Estate remodeling small spaces in homes or completing the overall upgrades. Hector’s knowledge of design has also led to him staging homes ready to be put on the market.

In his free time, he likes to spend time with his dog, and family, at museums and art galleries, hiking, and vintage and antique furniture collecting. He spends enjoys being an overall explorer of what life has to offer.

His years of real estate experience, along with his passion for design, property details, and running financials separate him as a strategic realtor as he utilizes his keen negotiating skills to ensure successful transactions. He has extensive experience in various scenarios within the industry and is creative in his approach to helping clients meet their goals and real estate wishlists.

As a Los Angeles native, Greg understands the numerous intangible benefits of living in LA, with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tax from California State University, Northridge.

Vardan Mamikonyan joined The Prospect Group in 2021. He has since managed several projects that have led to record-breaking sales in several Southern California Neighborhoods.

With a can-do attitude, Vardan brings a unique approach to communication and teamwork that ensures projects move forward in a timely manner. His organizational skills and attention to detail are unmatched.

Vardan is a dedicated father who loves spending time with his son. In his spare time, he is an avid boxer.

Mary grew up in the San Fernando Valley and has worked with Prospect Group for 6 years. During that time, Mary has trained and assisted multiple associates in various departments, from accounting and administration to property and transaction management. She has an extensive customer service and property management background. She handles all of the management properties and interactions with the tenants. Mary has worn many hats while with Prospect Group and has become the go-to whenever a colleague has a question or needs assistance. Her experience and dependability make her an integral part of the team. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and 5-year-old son.
