Vartan Achabahian is the founder and CEO of Prospect Group. Vartan is a native Angeleno, born and raised in Hollywood, CA. He earned his bachelor’s degree from UCLA, majoring in International Development Studies. He has over 10 years of real estate experience. Most notably, he has helped countless homeowners save their homes from foreclosure. His remarkable rehabilitating projects have surpassed well over 100 homes all across SoCal.

As a recipient of a distinguished preservation award, he has restored character homes in historic districts conserving the dignity and beauty of each home. Vartan’s continued fascination and ongoing critical examination of the real estate market in LA has been the cornerstone to his success.

Vartan loves to travel locally and explore the world at large. He values family time and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two lovely daughters. His dynamic and positive personality is captivating and inspiring to all around him.

Robert Estrada is a Los Angeles based Real Estate Salesperson. As an LA native, Robert attended Pasadena Community College where he studied Residential and Commercial Electrical Engineering. During his time at PCC, Robert discovered his love for real estate, where he has engaged in over 200 real estate transactions, that have grossed sales in excess of $3.3 million from 2009 to present day. With his background in Building Cost/Construction, he has developed into an expert at Residential Homes Sales.

In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family and is a passionate Los Angeles Lakers fan. Currently, Robert is studying to become a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Nevada, to further his career in Real Estate.

Hector Diaz, who grew up in the Echo Park and Silverlake neighborhoods, joined The Prospect group in 2017. He has worked in the design field for over 10 years. His experience has taken him to multiple places and design mediums, including, working with interior designers, jewelry and apparel designers, private homes as well as historical homes, nationwide trade shows, and high-end furniture makers, assisting retailers in designing storefronts and small restaurants and café designs. His most rewarding design opportunity was helping to launch an interior decorative lighting line for Neiman Marcus Home. His expertise is working with Homeowners and investors in Real Estate remodeling small spaces in homes or completing the overall upgrades. Hector’s knowledge of design has also led to him staging homes ready to be put on the market.

In his free time, he likes to spend time with his dog, and family, at museums and art galleries, hiking, and vintage and antique furniture collecting. He spends enjoys being an overall explorer of what life has to offer.

Amber Rose Kandarian was in the Central Valley of California and graduated from the University of California Irvine. Kandarian released her first feature documentary into theaters at the age of 21 in the US and worked overseas in the media marketing world in places such as Armenia and New Zealand. Amber Rose also managed luxury yachts for some of the most powerful titans in Italy to the Bahamas. Extensive work in these fields naturally led her to pursue the art of real estate.

She has extremely high standards when it comes to the quality of a client’s experience with buying or selling real estate and knows firsthand the value of having a trusted advisor. Amber specifically joined the Prospect Group because of their shared values. She enjoys helping clients find smart solutions to their real estate situations that yield high returns and leave them with peace of mind. Amber’s mission in life is to positively affect the lives of at least one billion people.

Unparalleled marketing, world-class service, and a tireless work ethic have propelled Greg to success in the Los Angeles real estate market. His years of real estate experience, along with his passion for design, property details, and running financials separate him as a strategic realtor as he utilizes his keen negotiating skills to ensure successful transactions. He has extensive experience in various scenarios within the industry and is creative in his approach to helping clients meet their goals and real estate wishlists.

As a Los Angeles native, Greg understands the numerous intangible benefits of living in LA, with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tax from California State University, Northridge.

Vardan Mamikonyan joined The Prospect Group in 2021. He has since managed several projects that have led to record-breaking sales in several Southern California Neighborhoods.

With a can-do attitude, Vardan brings a unique approach to communication and teamwork that ensures projects move forward in a timely manner. His organizational skills and attention to detail are unmatched.

Vardan is a dedicated father who loves spending time with his son. In his spare time, he is an avid boxer.

Ken is a native Angeleno. From a young age, Ken had an aspiration to pursue a career in the real estate industry. After spending 8 years interning and learning the business, he has established himself as a respected Realtor serving the Los Angeles area. A skilled professional with broad knowledge of the Los Angeles marketplace, he works closely with his clients to understand their goals, and crafts the strategy to achieve them. The buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and renters he represents appreciate his integrity and attention to detail as well as the warmth, enthusiasm and care he brings to each relationship. When he’s not working, Ken enjoys spending time with family & friends, volunteering at local community organizations, hiking, swimming, and snowboarding in the winter. He especially loves road trips and traveling the world whenever he can.

Mary grew up in the San Fernando Valley and has worked with Prospect Group for 6 years. During that time, Mary has trained and assisted multiple associates in various departments, from accounting and administration to property and transaction management. She has an extensive customer service and property management background. She handles all of the management properties and interactions with the tenants. Mary has worn many hats while with Prospect Group and has become the go-to whenever a colleague has a question or needs assistance. Her experience and dependability make her an integral part of the team. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and 5-year-old son.

Alyssa was born and raised in the Santa Clarita Valley. She attended College of the Canyons where she studied Business Management and Marketing as well as Communications. She has over 15 years of experience in client relations and over 10 years of marketing experience. Before joining Prospect Group, Alyssa hung her real estate license at RE/MAX of Santa Clarita, where she closed over $3 million in sales in her first year. 

In her free time, she enjoys taking her dog to the park, traveling, racing cars, and going to concerts.

Silva Harapetian is thrilled to be working with Prospect Group and in the Real Estate Industry. 

She is an Emmy-nominated journalist, award-winning journalist, producer, and Amazon Best Selling Author.  She has spent 22 years in front of the camera and behind the scenes in the broadcasting industry. She has worked for CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX affiliates across the United States. 

In addition to a career in media, in 2011, she launched The Silva Media Group, a marketing and production company. Since then, she has helped dozens of businesses find success using traditional and nontraditional marketing methods.

Silva is an advocate for education and teaches her marketing and media methods via courses she has created. She’s the founder of The Media Mastery Institute, The Epic Storytelling Academy, and the creator of the Silva Harapetian Show that airs on YouTube, as a podcast, and on radio stations.

In 2020, she won a Communicator Award for an online web series and a short film. In 2021, she won a Telly Award for her online political commentary about the war in Artsakh called “What’s Going on In Armenia?”
